1. Who we are
This website is operated by Quantum Atlas Studio ("we", "us", "the Studio"), a visual development practice led by Mariia Nabira.
For any question about this policy or about your data, contact us at nabiramariia@gmail.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how it is handled, and what rights you have over it.
We collect as little as possible. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
3. Information you give us
When you submit an enquiry through the contact form, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your organisation (optional)
- Your telephone number (optional)
- The sector you selected
- The content of your message
We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to carry out any work that follows from it. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not contact you for unrelated purposes.
4. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of the visit. This is used for security and to understand how the site performs. It is not used to identify you personally.
If analytics are used, they are configured to anonymise IP addresses and do not track you across other websites.
5. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
If this changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested.
6. How long we keep information
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and, where a project follows, for the duration of that project and any period afterwards required for accounting and legal records.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see section 9.
7. Who else sees your information
Your enquiry is delivered to us through a third-party form service, which processes the submission and forwards it by email. That service acts on our instructions and does not use your data for its own purposes.
We do not share your information with anyone else, except where we are legally required to do so.
8. Confidentiality
Anything you share with us in an enquiry is treated as confidential. Project details, unreleased work, and commercial information are not disclosed to third parties, published, or used as examples without your written agreement.
Where a project requires it, we work under a formal non-disclosure agreement.
9. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Stop using your information for a particular purpose
- Provide your information in a portable format
Write to nabiramariia@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, and in any case within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, but we do not retain more than we need, which limits exposure.
11. International handling
This website is accessible internationally, and information may be processed in a country other than your own. Where that happens, we take appropriate steps to ensure your information continues to be protected.
12. Children
This website is intended for professional and business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
